SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Director of the Public Institution “Employment Service of Sarajevo Canton” Nermin Pećanac and Minister of Education, Science and Youth Zineta Bogunić signed an agreement for the implementation of a project to train unemployed teachers for work in preschool institutions.
The Public Institution Employment Service of Sarajevo Canton will provide financial resources for the mentioned program during amendments to the financial plan for 2019 in the amount of 100,000 KM for 50 participants of the program for class teachers who are registered as unemployed.
Minister Bogunić stated that the Teacher Training Program for Work in Preschool Institutions will be implemented by the Faculty of Education of the University of Sarajevo - Center for Education, Development and Research of the Faculty of Education of the University of Sarajevo.
Training, retraining and additional qualification programs represent a significant active measure to support unemployed persons in acquiring specific sought-after knowledge and skills for employment needs.
