The illegal presence of foreign police forces on the territory of BiH is not only a hostile act, but also an insult to the state!

(Patria) - The mere signing of a memorandum between the entity police and the police of neighboring Serbia, without the consent of the BiH Presidency, is a direct violation of the Constitution and an assumption of state competencies, but the presence of a Serbian helicopter without the consent of the competent BiH institutions is the ultimate act of disrespect towards state institutions, the Naprijed! party announced.

"Domestic officials involved in this international scandal must be prosecuted by judicial bodies, and the Serbian authorities must be made aware that BiH borders and its Constitution are inviolable, and that such an act constitutes a gross violation of neighborly relations.

It should not be forgotten that in a similar way, through Banja Luka, during the coronavirus pandemic, a Russian military formation entered the territory of BiH and, without the full knowledge and consent of the relevant institutions, roamed BiH, allegedly disinfecting hospitals. This scandal is proof that, unfortunately, state institutions do not function fully, and that the current government cannot offer effective protection of the interests of all BiH citizens.
