Nevesinje: BiH Armed Forces searching for missing Ratko Šipovac

The BiH Armed Forces have been engaged since the morning hours in searching the wider area of the Nevesinje municipality, looking for Ratko Šipovac (42), a missing resident of the village of Zalom, reports the news agency Patria.

The engagement of the BiH Armed Forces is carried out in accordance with procedures, i.e., through the Ministry of Security of BiH (Operational-Communication Center 112), and at the request of the Republican Civil Protection Administration of RS.

The Second Infantry Battalion of the 4th Brigade of the BiH Armed Forces has dispatched 31 members from the Bilećki borci barracks in Bileća to search for the missing Ratko Šipovac.

Members of the BiH Armed Forces are searching the wider area of Nevesinje according to the search plan and in coordination with units on the ground. In addition to the BiH Armed Forces, civil protection units, firefighters, and residents of this municipality are also engaged on the ground. Furthermore, the engagement of the BiH Armed Forces members will continue indefinitely, it was announced from the Ministry of Defense of BiH.
