NEUM: Foreigners offered new models, HDZ agreed to reduce powers of the FBiH House of Peoples

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Negotiations in Neum lasted until 3 a.m., with international mediators holding one-on-one talks with leaders of political parties.

Two new models of amendments to the Election Law are on the table, which could serve for further talks, writes the Istraga.ba portal on Twitter.

The same source states that leaders of political parties from the RS did not join the negotiations in Neum, although international officials had announced an invitation for Saturday evening, which did not happen.

According to this information, the invitation was supposed to follow after the parties from the Federation reach an agreement on the method of electing members of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Some media report that during the night talks, a certain progress was made regarding the functionality of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, i.e., the House of Peoples of that entity.

According to this information, the HDZ BiH agreed to reduce the powers of the House of Peoples.
