Unstable weather continues in BiH: Snow, sleet and very low temperatures

(Patria) - The period of unstable weather conditions in Bosnia and Herzegovina continues. On Friday afternoon and partly on Saturday, in the lower areas of Bosnia, precipitation will occasionally be on the border between snow and rain. In the rest of the day, due to the drop in temperature, snow will fall.

On the second day of the weekend, as well as during the first part of the following week, light snow is likely. Snow is expected in the mountains, and in Herzegovina
mostly rain. Snow in the central areas of Herzegovina is possible as a phenomenon with a low probability of snow cover formation.

Temperatures in the morning hours, excluding Saturday, will be low, often below -10°C. Minimum air temperatures will vary mostly between -15°C and -7°C in Bosnia, from -3°C to 3°C in Herzegovina. Maximum daily temperatures between -6°C and 1°C in Bosnia to 5 in Herzegovina.

In the period from January 14 to 17, according to current forecast models, moderately to mostly cloudy and stable weather is expected in our country.

New precipitation is forecast for Sunday, January 18. Precipitation should be in the form of rain or sleet in the lower areas.

Morning temperatures between -4°C and 2°C in Bosnia to 6°C in Herzegovina, maximum
daily between 1°C and 5°C in Bosnia to 9°C in Herzegovina.
