(Patria) - BiH Security Minister Nenad Nešić spoke out today ahead of today's meeting of state-level coalition partners at the BiH PA.
Nešić considers the delay in appointing the BiH Minister of Finance by the Trojka to be unacceptable.
"I cannot understand that someone presents themselves as a defender of the BiH Constitution, yet violates
its provisions on the composition of the Council of Ministers. The current composition of the Council of Ministers
is unconstitutional because the BiH Constitution clearly stipulates that at least one third of the ministers, or four of them, come from Republika Srpska. A Council of Ministers in this incomplete form, as well as all its decisions, lose both legality and legitimacy," Nešić assessed.
He adds that there is no justification for such moves by the 'Trojka', and that he regrets that he will be forced to vote against all decisions of the Ministry of Finance until
Republika Srpska receives what belongs to it according to the BiH Constitution.
"We regret that the 'Trojka' is trying to block processes and any agreement. They will bear the sole responsibility for the consequences. We are always in favour of a fair agreement, in accordance with the BiH Constitution, but for behind-the-scenes games, incorrectness, unfair behaviour – we will always have an answer ready," Nešić stated.
