(Patria) - BiH Minister of Security Nenad Nešić was transferred to the state prison in Vojkovići directly from the University Clinical Center Sarajevo (KCUS), where he had been staying for the past few days due to his deteriorating health condition.
Nešić was ordered one month of detention after the Court of BiH rejected the appeal filed by his lawyer Senka Nožica against the detention order.
In addition to Nešić, detention was also ordered for Mladen Lučić and Milan Dakić, who were arrested in the "Tunnel 2" operation. The two of them have already been placed behind bars in the Vojkovići prison.
Nešić, Lučić, and Dakić are accused of committing criminal offenses related to money laundering, abuse of official position or authority, and receiving bribes.
Chief Prosecutor of the BiH Prosecutor's Office Milanko Kajganić informed the public that the suspects caused multi-million damage to Putevi Rs (Roads of Republika Srpska).
