(Patria) - BiH Minister of Security Nenad Nešić stated that he will not withdraw from the BiH Council of Ministers as long as Milorad Dodik does not ask him to.
"I am the locomotive of the Council of Ministers. I am the best minister in the BiH Council of Ministers. I will not withdraw as long as he does not ask me to. If Milorad Dodik asks me to withdraw, I will withdraw," said Nešić.
He confirmed that he still does not have permission to access data marked secret and top secret, and that the OSA has not yet informed him of the results of the checks.
He stated that the BiH Constitutional Court should be established by domestic law adopted by the BiH Parliament.
Regarding the High Representative Christian Schmidt, he said that he is a foreigner who should leave.
He added that he will not respect Schmidt's decision which annulled the Law on Non-application of Decisions of the BiH Constitutional Court in the territory of Republika Srpska. He stated that he is not afraid of the BiH Prosecutor's Office or prosecution.
