NES BiH announced independent performance in KS elections

(Patria) - The People's European Alliance (NES) BiH announced today that it will perform independently in the 2024 Local Elections in Sarajevo Canton.

A delegation from NES participated in two meetings with SDA, DF, and SBiH. Given that an agreement on joint candidates for mayors was not reached, NES will perform independently regarding candidate lists for municipal councils and candidates for mayors of municipalities in KS.

"In municipalities where NES BiH does not have a candidate for mayor, we will independently decide which candidate to support, exclusively based on competencies and the ability of that candidate to contribute to a better life for citizens and the development of the local community, not political affiliation," the party stated.
