Nermin Nikšić accepted the candidacy

The session of the Presidency of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) has ended, but candidacies for the president of the SDP were not discussed, writes the Patria News Agency.

Otherwise, seven candidates were proposed by organizations within the SDP, while Zukan Helez proposed himself. The candidates who were proposed are: Nermin Nikšić, Damir Hadžić, Bogić Bogićević, Selim Bešlagić, Denis Bećirović, Slaviša Šućur
Svetozar Pudarić and Zukan Helez.

The procedure stipulates that after an organization proposes a candidate, that proposal is considered by the Personnel Committee, where it is determined who supported that candidate and whether the formal conditions are met.
