The Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Policy announced today that the Law on Holidays ("Official Gazette of RBiH", no. 2/92 and 13/94) stipulates that New Year's Day is an international holiday which is observed as a non-working day for two days, January 1 and 2, reports the BiH news agency Patria.
Employers, institutions, administrative bodies, and other legal entities do not work on these days.
January 1 and 2 are Thursday and Friday.
