UNPAID BILL Schmidt while the destruction of the constitutional order of BiH continues, in Zagreb: The topic is known - Election Law!?

A coup d'état is underway in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the destruction of the constitutional order orchestrated by Milorad Dodik, who is prohibiting the work of the Prosecutor's Office, Court, HJPC, SIPA, etc. in Republika Srpska. Meanwhile, the High Representative for BiH, Christian Schmidt, is meeting with Andrej Plenković.

According to Article II of Annex 10 of the Dayton Peace Agreement, the High Representative is tasked, first and foremost, with monitoring the implementation of the Peace Agreement. We do not know how he could have objectively assessed it from Zagreb today, but BiH was on the agenda.

"We discussed the current events in BiH. I reiterated the call for de-escalation of tensions and a return to dialogue to ensure the functionality of BiH.

We advocate for electoral reform that will ensure the equal status of Croats as a constituent people. As a close neighbor, Croatia will continue to advocate for the further EU path, supporting the territorial integrity and overall progress of BiH, even in the current challenging geopolitical circumstances," Plenković wrote on X.

Therefore, while the constitutional order of Bosnia and Herzegovina is being dismantled, Plenković is informing Schmidt that the bill has not been paid in full. His earlier words that there are no negotiations about BiH and that BiH will continue to progress on its EU path clearly no longer hold true. They never did, but we swallowed them for years like anesthesia in the face of assaults on common sense.

In the most difficult moments for BiH, Schmidt is not at his post at all; he is coordinating positions with Plenković on how to give Croats, pardon me, HDZ BiH, the member of the Presidency of BiH for eternity. As long as there is HDZ and Dragan Čović, the candidate must be elected from that legitimate party, because you are not a Croat if you are not in HDZ or at least some party from HNS, which are mostly servants of HDZ BiH.

Milorad Dodik's madness is clearly being used by Dragan Čović. Under the guise of BiH's path to the EU (if they don't fall apart before we even open negotiations), his goal is clear and singular in this case. It is not peace, but the Election Law of BiH tailored to the wishes of not only HDZ BiH but also Croatia.

The almost continuous policy of neighboring Croatia towards Bosnia and Herzegovina has a clear goal – to achieve the war aims initiated in the nineties by the first Croatian president, Franjo Tuđman, through further ethnic divisions in BiH – when he planned to annex part of Bosnia and Herzegovina to Croatia, which the International Court of Justice in The Hague ruled as a Joint Criminal Enterprise, for which not only Bosniaks and Serbs in BiH suffered, but also Croats who were forcibly displaced from their centuries-old homes.

No less different in relation to Serb/Serbian policy.

The question is no longer even what Schmidt thinks, that has been crystal clear for a long time; the question is why the PIC tolerates Schmidt and why he is not at his post in very difficult times for BiH.
