Nenadić: Meeting tomorrow to resolve the agony of Poslovnost Agency

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - KS Prime Minister Mario Nenadić stated at today's session of the KS Assembly that he has intervened twice in the case of the Poslovnost Agency, specifically regarding the blockade of their entry into the company.

"On 09/04, immediately after the Government session, I contacted the lawyer of the Poslovnost company, and the Cantonal Administration for Inspection Affairs, and requested that they conduct an inspection on behalf of the Agency together with the municipal inspection and with the assistance of the MUP KS. It was determined that it is a private, not public, area and that the Sarajevo Municipal Court has exclusive jurisdiction. I received information on 09/10 and sent an urgent request in accordance with the temporary measure ruling, as the appeal does not postpone execution," Nenadić said.

He stated that a meeting is scheduled for tomorrow at 9:30 AM to resolve this agony.

"I will try to initiate a final resolution of this issue to the satisfaction of the employees who are entering their workplaces through an improvised passage. Bureaucracy has led to this problem not being resolved yet; I hope it will be resolved tomorrow during the day," Nenadić said.

Employees of the Poslovnost Agency have already organized protests twice in front of the Sarajevo Municipal Court, which delayed the publication of the temporary measure on the notice board, preventing the company Brend d.o.o. from acting and removing the security guards in front of the building who were physically preventing Poslovnost employees from entering their workplaces. The entire ordeal has been going on for the fourth week, and about 80 agency employees are forced to enter the company via a makeshift scaffold about ten meters high, at window level. The Poslovnost Agency has 800 clients whose business is also threatened and slowed down due to Poslovnost's inability to perform its work duties.
