Nenadić recommended the Agency Poslovnost to seek institutional support

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - As announced at yesterday's session of the Sarajevo Canton Assembly, Prime Minister Mario Nenadić spoke today, for the second time, with representatives of the Agency "Poslovnost", led by their lawyer Mirza Ališah.

The meeting was also attended by the Minister of Justice and Administration of the Sarajevo Canton, Mersa Kustura.

Representatives of this agency informed the Prime Minister and the Minister that the resolution of the blockade of the "Poslovnost" Agency building by the company "Brend" d.o.o., which prevents workers from entering their business premises, has received its court epilogue.

The Municipal Court in Sarajevo issued a decision on September 8 and imposed a temporary measure granting the Agency access to its premises, which, according to lawyer Ališah, was supposed to be implemented within three days.

"Also, according to the law, an objection to the imposed measure does not postpone its execution," added Ališah.

As this measure has not been implemented for more than 20 days, the workers' protests continue.

Prime Minister Nenadić proposed that the Agency contact the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office, the Police Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Sarajevo Canton, the Municipal Court in Sarajevo, as well as cantonal and federal inspectorates, to obtain institutional support from them.

The "Poslovnost" Agency expressed gratitude to the Prime Minister for his interest and for taking certain steps within his authority to resolve this situation as soon as possible.
