No support for amendments to the Law on Police Officers of FBiH under urgent procedure, no condemnation of Avdo Avdić's entry ban into Croatia

(Patria) - The House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament did not support the proposal to consider the Proposal for Amendments to the Law on Police Officers of FBiH under urgent procedure.

Neither in the regular nor in individual voting were there enough votes to consider it under urgent procedure. The Speaker of the House, Dragan Mioković, stated that the proposer can submit a new proposal for consideration in accordance with the Rules of Procedure.

HDZ BiH voted against this proposal, and a letter from the OSCE was sent to all parliamentarians requesting that the law not be considered under urgent procedure.

The Declaration condemning the entry ban for journalist Avdo Avdić into the Republic of Croatia, proposed by the DF Club, also did not receive sufficient support, with 44 votes in favor after individual voting. Abstaining were the representatives of Narod i pravda, and Naša stranka, except for Amir Purić who voted in favor, and SDP, whose representative Aner Žuljević voted against.
