No quorum for decision-making: RS representatives did not attend the Parliament session

(Patria) - An urgent session of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament, scheduled for 11 AM, started half an hour late due to a lack of quorum. On the agenda of the session are information on the migrant crisis, and information on why BiH has not appointed a delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, which is why our country will not have its representatives in that body until the end of this year.

There are currently 22 representatives in the hall, from parties from the FBiH, while no representatives from the RS have arrived.

Except for Borjana Krišto, the Speaker of the House, no one from HDZ BiH is present.

Of the Collegium members, only Krišto is present, who declared a 15-minute break to see if any representatives from the RS would show up. The Prime Minister of Una-Sana Canton, as well as the mayors of Bihać and Cazin, also arrived at the session. As things stand, the session, although it has a quorum to work, but not to make decisions, will not even be held.
