Many already see him openly and publicly as the future captain of the Dragons, and Jagodić admits he has leadership qualities.

- Of course, Bešić is a player of the future. We already have a constellation of young players ahead of whom there are at least eight to ten years of playing together. That means a lot. And who will be the leader will crystallize very quickly among them. Bešić has leadership qualities, because I worked with him for a long time and I saw it. Of course, he has also matured now and admitted himself that by moving to Ferencváros he has "digested" some things in his head, and now it's evident that he is fully thinking about everything. It's paying off for him in the best way. It is our wish for him to succeed, but he is imposing himself – says Jagodić.

He further emphasizes that Bešić, "his former number one enemy," should not be burdened with these things now, but should be realistically pushed towards the next matches.

- That means staying at the same level. Because praise can spoil young players, but it won't leave a mark on him, because praise can help as much as it can harm. This is a realistic praise, and he deserves it, and I am very glad that it is so – Jagodić added for Patria.
