Genocide denier provokes: Dodik wants to lay flowers in Potočari on May 2nd

(Patria) - The President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, stated that the Government of Republika Srpska will hold a session on May 2nd in Srebrenica, where the entire leadership of the smaller BiH entity will be present, and if given the opportunity, they will also bring flowers to Potočari.

Dodik stated that Republika Srpska will not accept the Resolution on the genocide in Srebrenica, which will be decided upon in the UN General Assembly, "because everything written in it is a lie".

He emphasizes that for this reason, "Republika Srpska has no intention of including the imposed story about genocide in school textbooks, nor will it mark that day as others wish, but it is ready to invite Bosniaks to live in peace".

- However, BiH cannot live on the basis that one nation in it is qualified as genocidal, and another as victorious - Dodik believes.

He also states that Republika Srpska does not renounce Srebrenica as its local community and accepts the events in that place in 1995 as a crime.

- If we are given the opportunity, on May 2nd we will bring wreaths to Potočari, if it does not offend anyone. I am not afraid that I might end up like Vučić, who came to pay respects to the victims, offer condolences, and was hit by a stone and no one was held accountable - Dodik emphasizes.

He adds that in the UN General Assembly, "probably more than 40 countries will be against the Resolution on Srebrenica, and around 80 will abstain, which is almost a two-thirds majority that is not in favor".

- The number of those who are "for" is far smaller than those who are against and abstained, which, according to the current decision-making method in the UN, should mean that the Resolution did not receive support. However, the Americans, as always, will adapt it only to themselves - Dodik adds.

He assesses that the problem is "the attitude of Bosnian Muslims towards the events and peoples in BiH, because as a nation that considers itself the majority, they should be interested in BiH, but they are doing everything to make the position of one nation almost unbearable".

- For this reason, we do not want to be with you. We are ready to give every Bosniak who wants to live in Republika Srpska even greater rights than the Serb community would have, and you are only ready to slander and lie - Dodik stated.
