Informal group of Zenica residents and "Svjetlo" Association from Sarajevo distribute school supplies to children of Podrinje

(Patria) - Traditionally before the start of the school year, an informal group of Zenica residents, better known as Raja iz Čajdžinice, in cooperation with the "Svjetlo" Association from Sarajevo, visited the children of Podrinje and distributed school supplies to them.

This year, great support was also provided by good people from Visoko, mobilized by Elvedin Hadžiahmetović, who gladdened about 370 children with their contribution.

"Thanks also to the team from Zavidovići who sent 20 sets to be distributed in the field. As the Zenica residents who were present at the distribution and who have been present in Podrinje for 11 years in their actions say, this represents great satisfaction for them, but also an obligation, and it is the least they can do for our dear returnees and their children.

In addition to school supplies, their regular actions include the distribution of Eid packages, where 800 to 1,000 packages are distributed in several cities in this entity.

An action in November should be noted, when they gladden about 100-150 children with new winter clothing.
