Nedeljko Čubrilović, candidate of the SNSD-DNS-SP coalition, was elected Speaker of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska with 44 votes after seven hours of a stormy session and numerous interruptions, while 38 MPs abstained, writes the BH News Agency Patria.
Čubrilović's election followed an interruption of the session, which was caused by the revolt of the MPs of the Alliance for Change, who accused the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, of cursing the mother of PDP MP Branislav Borenović.
