Nataša Grubiša removed state coat of arms from the website, Hadžidedić's successor hasn't been appointed since 2012!

The official website of the Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices of BiH does not feature the state coat of arms, and as the BiH news agency Patria has learned, it was Nataša Grubiša, the Director of this Agency, who insisted on designing the Agency's coat of arms to remove the state one.

Otherwise, almost all agencies have the state coat of arms as part of their logo on their official websites. However, not even the regulation that prescribes this forced Grubiša to abandon her idea, writes Patria.

Secondly, the national structure of sector managers and deputy directors in this Agency is violated. According to the Law on Civil Service of BiH, the structure of civil servants in the civil service broadly reflects the national structure of the population, and the national affiliation of a civil servant is based on voluntary declaration in accordance with this law.

The mandate of the Agency's Director Grubiša expired back in December 2012, as did that of her deputy Šeherzada Hadžidedić, who passed away in the same month. However, from December 2012 until today, an acting deputy has not been appointed! In fact, there are currently no Bosniaks in leading positions or at the head of sectors in this Agency.

Otherwise, Grubiša was appointed Director of the Agency for Medicines on December 18, 2008, and has strong support from Sredoje Nović, Minister of Civil Affairs of BiH. As is being widely discussed, she could be reappointed to the same position, with the uncertainty of who her deputy might be, Armin Škrbo or Marija Ćepo.

It is interesting that since December 2012, no one has ever raised the question of why no one replaced the deceased Hadžidedić in her position, and as NAP learns from Banja Luka, only two Bosniaks work in this agency. Neither the Agency's Expert Council, composed of chairman Ivan Prlić and members Nedžad Mulabegović, Enver Zerem, Lazar Prodanović, Vanda Marković-Peković, Nikolina Špirić, Amer Ramić, has shown interest in this case, writes Patria.
