Session of the FBiH House of Peoples continues, focus on the Crafts Act

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The fifth regular session of the House of Peoples of the Parliament of the Federation of BiH, which began on February 13, has continued in Sarajevo. 

Among the remaining items is the Proposal of the Crafts and Related Activities Act in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as draft laws on electronic signature, on amendments to the Companies Act, on support for families with children in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the Draft Law on the representativeness of trade unions and employers' associations.

However, voting on the Proposal of the Crafts and Related Activities Act will not be the first item of the continued session, as certain materials are awaited, after which delegates will vote on this legislative proposal. 

Delegates will consider the Report on the approval of allocations from the „Current Reserve of the Government of the Federation“ of the Budget of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2019 for the period January 1 – June 30, 2019, with
a) A tabular overview of decisions on approving allocations from the „Current Reserve of the Government of the Federation of BiH“ of the Budget of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2019 for the period January 1 – June 30, 2019,
b) A tabular overview of decisions on allocations from the „Current Reserve of the Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Ministers“ of the Budget of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2019 for the period January 1 – June 30, 2019,
c) A tabular overview of decisions on allocations from the „Current Reserve of the Government of the Federation of BiH“ of the Budget of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2019 for the period January 1 – June 30, 2019, by budget beneficiaries.

It is also planned to consider the Report on the operations of BH Gas d.o.o. Sarajevo for 2017 and 2018, the Report on the implementation of the Business Plan of the Public Enterprise Roads of the Federation of BiH d.o.o. Sarajevo for 2018, and the Report of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2018.
