Work of the BiH Parliament Continues

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - 1:55 PM After a break, the session of the House of Representatives of the BiH PA continued. A quorum exists, but there are no conditions for voting. Namely, there are only three representatives from the RS in the hall, and the representatives from the HDZ are also not in the hall, so in case harmonization is needed due to the absence of Borjana Krišto, it cannot be carried out. However, Krišto soon arrived in the hall, and work continued.

Representatives warned that there is no point in talking in vain, as there are no conditions for voting and decision-making.

Damir Arnaut (SBB) pointed out that he is surprised that some are mentioning anti-Dayton and unconstitutional categories.

- It is stipulated that in the second round of voting, a simple majority is required, which means we have a chance today to adopt everything on the agenda - said Arnaut.

However, Mladen Bosić said that there is no quorum for decision-making, as any decision will be stopped at the first vote.

Arnaut maintained his position that the term "quorum for decision-making" is not prescribed anywhere.

12:00 PM Given that there was no quorum for the session of the House of Representatives of the BiH PA, a one-hour break was given, and it is certain that it will not continue.

Borislav Bojić (DNS), as well as SNSD representatives, will not return to today's session. Bojić said that they are doing this because "things concerning the RS are decided by three representatives from this entity, with the help of politics from the Federation."

- When voting on our initiative to dismiss Dragan Mektić, it was proven that three people from the RS decide on important and unimportant issues for the RS. That is why we will no longer participate in the sessions of the BiH Parliament, and I hope that things will change in the future in some new convocation - said Bojić.

Košarac confirmed this stance, accusing SDS cadres of "working for Bakir Izetbegović."
