
(Patria) - The average price of sold new apartments in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the second quarter of this year is 3,147 KM per square meter.
Compared to the average price of sold new apartments per m² in 2024, the average price is higher by 7.3 percent, and compared to the second quarter of last year, it is higher by 10.4 percent, announced the Agency for Statistics of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In the second quarter of this year, 864 apartments were sold, which is eight percent less compared to the second quarter of last year, and 19.6 percent less compared to the average number of sold new apartments last year.
The area of sold new apartments in the second quarter of this year is 11.7 percent smaller compared to the second quarter of last year, and 22.3 percent smaller compared to the average area of sold new apartments last year.
In the first half of the year, the number of completed apartments is 1,273, representing a growth of 8.8 percent compared to the same period in 2024.
The number of unfinished apartments at the end of the second quarter of this year is 6,894, representing a growth of 19.4 percent compared to the same period last year.
