Period of high temperatures continues

Bosnia and Herzegovina will see sunny weather today with little to moderate cloud cover, reports the Patria news agency.

- In the afternoon, with cloud development, short-lived showers are expected in the western areas. Morning air temperatures range from 14 to 20, in southern Herzegovina from 21 to 25, and the highest daily air temperatures from 30 to 35, in southern Herzegovina from 35 to 38 degrees, according to the Federal Hydrometeorological Institute.

 The prolonged period of high temperatures will cause discomfort in sensitive individuals, including headaches, fatigue, mood swings, and insomnia. Chronic patients and weather-sensitive individuals are advised to refrain from strenuous exertion and staying outdoors, while traffic participants are advised to drive more cautiously, especially in the afternoon hours. In general, prolonged exposure to the sun should be avoided, and recommendations from doctors should be followed.
