(Patria) - The continuation of the 18th session of the House of Peoples of the BiH PA is scheduled for March 6, and this session began on January 29, 2026, but a quorum was lost in the Club of Serbs and Croats during the adoption of the agenda.
At this moment, no one can predict how the continuation of this session will unfold.
The proposed agenda includes eight laws proposed by the Council of Ministers of BiH.
Also on the agenda are amendments to the law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) of BiH and the Bill on Amendments to the Law on the Court of BiH. The proposers of these laws are members of the Collegium of the House of Peoples Kemal Ademović, Dragan Čović, and Nikola Špirić, and as stated earlier, these are versions of the laws that the Council of Ministers of BiH has not yet accepted, but were proposed by the Ministry of Justice of BiH.
These are proposals for two laws whose adoption is one of the conditions for opening negotiations between BiH and the European Union.
The agenda also includes numerous reports on the work of BiH institutions, as well as approvals for the ratification of several agreements related to Corridor 5c.
