Continuation of the Cluster operation: SIPA seizes documentation from the private Independent University of Banja Luka

(Patria) - By order of the acting prosecutor and with the order of the Court of BiH, police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency - SIPA, in the area of Banja Luka, are seizing student files, records, and evidence.

The activities are being carried out within the operation codenamed "Cluster", which is investigating the illegal issuance of a large number of university diplomas throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Extensive documentation has been seized from the Independent University of Banja Luka, which, among other things, includes student files suspected of containing evidence of illegal actions by the said higher education institution.

After seizure, the documentation will be transported to the Court of BiH and the Prosecutor's Office of BiH through legal procedures.

Within the "Cluster" case, the prosecutor's office, with partner agencies, is investigating irregularities related to the issuance of a large number of university diplomas for various studies at several private institutions across Bosnia and Herzegovina.
