Naša stranka: Despite ideological diversity, the Trojka will go to elections with joint candidates

(Patria) - At yesterday's session of the Presidency of Naša stranka, a conclusion was adopted that priority should be given to reaching an agreement within the Trojka framework for joint appearance in the upcoming elections and joint candidates for mayors.

“After talks at the Trojka level, Naša stranka remains committed to the idea of joint political action with SDP and NiP. Despite the ideological diversity of the members of this coalition, we have recognized a higher interest that obliges us not to let these differences be an obstacle, and that interest is, above all, an accelerated path for Bosnia and Herzegovina to the European Union and, ultimately, a better life for citizens. Therefore, we are committed to prioritizing an agreement on a joint appearance in the local elections and joint candidates for mayors.

We have been building the Trojka in Sarajevo Canton since 2018, and our political unity has yielded very tangible results in improving the quality of life for citizens. This is evident in many ways, from maternity benefits, through cultural events, many of which are free and take place on the street, to major infrastructure projects such as the complete reconstruction of public transport.

We have been in government at the federal level since last year, and progress is increasingly visible. This is particularly evident in this year's budget, which is a record 7.4 billion KM. Pensions have increased, funds for the treatment of seriously ill patients have significantly increased, 165 million KM has been allocated for road infrastructure, and 175 million KM for agricultural incentives.

At the state level, the Trojka is also the engine of progress, and everything that has been done to fulfill the priorities for EU accession has been done thanks to us.

We are deeply convinced that citizens see in us a genuine alternative to the previous way of governing and the necessary strength for change only if we are together. Only together can we replicate every success we have achieved throughout BiH, and also expand the list of these successes,” stated Naša stranka.
