Naša stranka demands Sarajlić hand over his mandate in the House of Peoples of the BiH PA to someone else

(Patria) - Naša stranka reacted to the confirmed indictment against Asim Sarajlić and others. Predrag Kojović and Nermin Nikšić, on behalf of the BH Bloc, filed criminal charges against Asim Sarajlić, Sabahudin Delalić, and Muhamed Šehović in March of this year.

“We welcome the indictment. We believe that the entire procedure will be conducted impartially and we do not want to prejudge its outcome. We just want to remind you of our motive for filing the criminal charges.

Voting within SDA was paid for with positions in public service. In that case, the state is subordinated to party interests, but also to the interests of individuals in the most brutal way of trading influence. If we want to restore trust in the system, but also in politics in general, we must fight against such things.

The indictment is already encouraging. What has not happened, and what we still insist on, is that Asim Sarajlić must hand over his mandate in the House of Peoples to someone else. Being under indictment and being a delegate in the highest state legislative body undermines faith in the state. This is disastrous for us, especially at this moment,” stated Naša stranka.
