A special session of the RS National Assembly, where a decision on calling a referendum on the Court and Prosecutor's Office of BiH is to be made, will be held on July 14, it was decided at today's session of the Collegium, reports the Patria News Agency.
"Do you support the unconstitutional and unauthorized imposition of laws by the High Representative and the international community in BiH, especially the imposed laws on the Court and Prosecutor's Office of BiH and the application of their decisions in the RS territory?", is the referendum question that will be attached to the materials.
As a reminder, the President of RS Milorad Dodik sent a request to the RS National Assembly on July 2 to consider the reactivation of the referendum decision at a special session.
