The trial of Ivan Medić, accused of crimes against the civilian population committed in the Čapljina area, will begin on September 9 at the Court of BiH.
The BiH Prosecutor's Office charges Medić with participating in the unlawful detention, inhumane treatment, looting of property, and forced sexual intercourse of civilians of Serbian nationality in the Dretelj camp from May 5 to August 17, 1992.
On the same day, the BiH Prosecutor's Office will also present its closing arguments in the trial of Krsto Dostić, accused of rape in Foča in 1992, BIRN reported, as carried by Patria.
