(Patria) - We have had a relatively cool weekend behind us with variable cloudiness and local instabilities, most of which occurred in the south and east of the country. From Tuesday, stabilization of weather conditions across Bosnia and Herzegovina is likely.
An increase in sunshine hours and strengthening of the anticyclone will cause a rise in air temperature, so that in most areas by the end of the week, maximum temperatures will be above 30°C. Morning coolness will persist.
Minimum temperatures will range from 10°C to 15°C in Bosnia, up to 18°C in the south of the country, and the highest daily temperature values, in the first part of the week, will range between 21°C to 27°C in Bosnia, up to 31°C in Herzegovina. In the second half of the week, maximum temperatures will be up to 34°C in Bosnia, and up to 37°C in Herzegovina.
Stable, sunny, and very warm weather is forecast for the period from 08/14 to 08/20. Besides the heat, especially in Bosnia, mugginess is possible, and in Herzegovina, tropical nights are likely.
Morning air temperatures will range between 15°C and 20°C in Bosnia, up to 23°C in Herzegovina. The highest daily temperatures will generally be in the range of 32°C to 36°C in Bosnia, and up to 39°C in the south of Herzegovina.
