After annual leave, trial continues: Employee of GP Bašić testifies in Radončić and others case

At the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, after a break of nearly a month, the trial in the case against Fahrudin Radončić and others continues next week, specifically on August 17, writes the Patria news agency.

The indictment charges Radončić, along with Bakir Dautbašić, Bilsena Šahman, and Zijad Hadžijahić, with acting as an organized group whose alleged goal was to commit a criminal offense, obstruct the work of the judiciary, and give or receive a reward for influence peddling.

The obstruction of the judiciary relates to pressure on witness Azra Sarić in the proceedings against Naser Kelmendi being conducted in Kosovo.

Sarić has already appeared five times before the Court of BiH as a witness before the Trial Chamber, but the media have never received permission to publish information from the hearings where Sarić testified.

At the next hearing on August 17, Almir Bašić, who at the time was the head of the Central Investigation Bureau of the Border Police of BiH, will testify.

The court allowed Radončić, Šahman, and Dautbašić to go on vacation to Croatia and Montenegro, where Šahman visited her parents.
