Only one conclusion adopted after a full-day session

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - At the session of the House of Representatives of the BiH PA, after a full-day debate due to the absence of an entity majority, only one conclusion was adopted, delegated by representatives Predrag Kojović, Damir Arnaut, Mirjana Marinković-Lepić, Aida Baručija, Jasmin Emrić.

The adopted conclusion states that the House of Representatives tasks the secretary of the House to convene the constitutive session of the Provisional Investigative Committee of the House, established at the urgent session of the House held on April 14 and 26, 2019, within 10 days of the adoption of this Conclusion.

Jasmin Emrić proposed that the House of Representatives of the BiH PA task the Ministry of Justice to prepare and submit to the House of Representatives for adoption an Action Plan for eliminating deficiencies in the area of the rule of law, implementing the recommendations and measures contained in the Report of Experts on Rule of Law Issues in BiH, based on the analysis of the Report of Experts on Rule of Law Issues in BiH, but the conclusion was not adopted. 

Adil Osmanović's conclusions also did not have the required entity majority, so a conclusion was sent for subsequent harmonization, which requires the BiH Prosecutor's Office to provide detailed statistics on the processing of war crimes cases designated as Category A cases by the Hague Tribunal as soon as possible.
