After battle with serious illness, journalist Mirza Buljubašić dies

After a serious illness, TVSA journalist Mirza Buljubašić died today in Sarajevo, reports the Patria news agency.

 Mirza Buljubašić was born on May 20, 1966 in Sarajevo. As a young journalist from 1987 to 1990, he worked for several print media: Valter, Expres 071, Oslobođenje, Večernje novine.  

From 1990 to 1992, he was a journalist, editor, and producer at TV Sarajevo. From 1992, he worked at Radio TV BiH as an editor in the domestic and foreign policy departments and the satellite program.

He also worked as an editor of the News Program at OBN, FTV, the production company PRIMETIME, TV Alfa, and BHT 1.

From 2012, he was engaged as an advisor to the executive director and program coordinator at Televizija Sarajevo. He also served as acting editor of the News Program Department.
