After 19 years, the memory of Princess Diana does not fade

It has been 19 years since the tragic death of Princess Diana in Paris. The princess loved by the whole world was only 36 years old at the time. However, during her short life, she left such a mark that even today, two decades later, the public remembers the character and work of the princess and pays her respect, British media report, NAP reports.

In honor of the anniversary, fans of the royal family as well as all other well-wishers left messages, flowers, balloons and photographs in front of Kensington Palace.

Many also spoke out via Twitter: „In memory of the people's princess even after 19 years“, one wrote, and another added: „You left, but you are not forgotten. Rest in peace, Diana.“

Shortly before the anniversary of her death, Diana's sons Princes William and Harry spoke more openly than before about losing their mother at such a young age; William was 15, and Harry was only 12 years old.

Prince Harry admitted that he regrets not speaking earlier about his mother's death. „I truly regret not talking about it“, said the 31-year-old Harry.

- It is okay to suffer, but one should talk about it, Harry believes.

Prince William admitted that he misses his mother „every day“.

- It is necessary to talk, to share. Time does its thing and it becomes easier. I still miss my mom, every day, and it has been 20 years. It is important to talk about it within the family.
