This morning was one of the coldest in Bosnia; in Sarajevo the temperature was -12, in Sokolac even -21.
The Federal Hydrometeorological Institute states that during the day it will be mostly clear but still cold weather. Wind, weak, of variable direction. Daytime temperatures from -3 to 3, in the south from 2 to 7 degrees.
