An unknown abuser in the center of Bosanska Gradiška hung a dog from a wire tied to a metal structure and left it to die. This case of cruel killing of a puppy has horrified the public, reports the Bosnian news agency Patria.
The association SOS Šapice and activist Daliborka Čolić have offered a reward of 2,000 euros for information leading to the perpetrator.
The dog Sima, as it was affectionately called by residents of the central part of the city, was a favorite and everyone looked after and fed it.
- This is the first case I have seen here. I am sorry that this happened in the city and I am sorry that I live with such people and that such people live in our city, said Nada Popadić from the association SOS Šapice Gradiška.
The police have conducted an investigation and the search for the perpetrator is ongoing.
