Pale Mayor Leaves DEMOS, Forms New Movement with Draško Stanivuković

(Patria) - The Mayor of Pale Municipality, Dejan Kojić, resigned today from all positions in the Democratic Alliance (DEMOS).

Kojić announced that he will, together with Draško Stanivuković and Igor Radojičić, participate in the founding of a new political movement.

- It is no secret that I will join the movement of Draško Stanivuković, which should be formed in October - said Kojić.

He emphasizes that he previously met with the President of DEMOS, Nedeljko Čubrilović, with whom he discussed his departure from the party, thanked him for the trust and fair relationship so far, and outlined his future plans.

Kojić, as the DEMOS candidate with the support of opposition parties, was elected Mayor of Pale Municipality in the last Local Elections.

The new political entity named "Movement for Srpska" will consist of Draško Stanivuković with a part of the PDP, the "Svojim putem" movement of Igor Radojičić, and Dejan Kojić.
