Ilidža Mayor Memić Rewards 190 Students

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Students of primary schools from the Ilidža municipality who won awards at cantonal, federal, state, and international primary school competitions for the 2017/2018 school year were received by the Mayor of Ilidža Municipality, Prof. Dr. Senaid Memić, on June 19, 2018. Monetary rewards were prepared for 190 students.

- You are our pride, our best fellow citizens, you are the best in your fields, and wherever you go, always say that you are from Ilidža and do not forget that you are our ambassadors. You also have an obligation to continue promoting your municipality and make it even better. Cooperate with us, and let's build Ilidža with knowledge and success - said Mayor Memić.

Harun Alibegović, a student of the Eighth Primary School "Amer Ćenanović", placed third in the cantonal mathematics competition.

- It is a great honor for me to have represented my municipality and achieved this result. It could have been better... Thank you for the award that the Mayor gave us, because the Municipality not only recognized our talent but also constantly rewards us - added Harun Alibegović.
