SDA's appeal, Dodik's narrative, and HNS's declaration on PIC session agenda

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The session of ambassadors of the Peace Implementation Council (PIC) in BiH, to be held today in Sarajevo, will address the issue of the appeal to the Constitutional Court of BiH regarding the change of the name "Republika Srpska", announced by the Party of Democratic Action (SDA), then the narrative of the BiH Presidency Chairman Milorad Dodik that Bosnia and Herzegovina is composed of two entities, and the Declaration of the Croatian National Assembly (HNS) calling for a new internal restructuring of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the rejection of the qualification "joint criminal enterprise", as the Hague Tribunal ruled against the leaders of Croatia and the Croatian Community of Herceg Bosna for the war in BiH, although the session's term and agenda have not yet been officially confirmed.

SNSD leader and current BiH Presidency Chairman Milorad Dodik emphasizes that Bosnia and Herzegovina is not a state, but a protectorate of the international community, composed of two entities. Experts warn that if Dodik's narrative - that BiH was formed in Dayton - were accepted, instead of entities being recognized only within the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, it would mean that entities have the right to secede from Bosnia and Herzegovina.

"According to the Dayton Peace Agreement, entities do not have the right to secede from Bosnia and Herzegovina and exist only based on the BiH Constitution," is the stance of the OHR.

Besides the Russian ambassador, the OSCE Mission to BiH also commented, stating that the SDA's initiative is undesirable and that the Dayton Peace Agreement and the BiH Constitution clearly recognize two entities, the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Republika Srpska.
