At protests with Dodik, support also for Putin, snipers on buildings!

(Patria) - In East Sarajevo, a rally of support for Milorad Dodik has begun. Dozens of members of the RS MUP are walking down Ive Andrića Street towards the protest site in East Sarajevo.

At the protests there is also a banner with a picture of Vladimir Putin, the Russian president!

The Committee for the Protection of the Rights of Serbs in the FBiH is organizing protests at several locations in Bosnia and Herzegovina today. The protests are held in support of Milorad Dodik and Miloš Lukić, against whom the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has filed an indictment. Recall, the rally "Srpska pred sud" was initially planned in front of the Court of BiH in Sarajevo, but the Sarajevo Canton MUP rejected their request for security reasons.

The rallies are being held near entity lines: Sarajevo-East Sarajevo, Doboj-Tešanj, Bijeljina-Tuzla, and Mostar-Nevesinje. Earlier, the president of the Committee for the Protection of the Rights of Serbs in the FBiH, Đorđe Radanović, also called for a “peaceful blockade” of traffic lasting half an hour.

Citizens have photographed snipers positioned on buildings near Terex. This is what peaceful demonstrations look like in the Republic of Srpska.

Starting at 6 PM, gathering began on the inter-entity line in support of the indicted president of the entity Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik.

Incidentally, the High Representative in BiH, Christian Schmidt, stated that it is irresponsible “to organize political events on the inter-entity boundary line that encourage divisions.”

“Freedom of movement between the two entities must be ensured at all times. Any attempt to present the inter-entity boundary line as a dividing line of BiH represents a cheap manipulation of citizens,” added Schmidt.

Among those gathered in East Sarajevo are the Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of BiH, Staša Košarac, the Prime Minister of RS, Radovan Višković, the Mayor of East Sarajevo, Ljubiša Ćosić, while in Doboj, the arrival of the President of RS, Milorad Dodik, and the member of the BiH Presidency, Željka Cvijanović, is expected.
