Longer waits at Doljani and Prisika border crossings, less than 30 minutes at others leading south

Traffic in Bosnia and Herzegovina is flowing without major delays. The roads are dry, and vehicle frequency is moderate. We urge drivers to drive with maximum caution and maintain a safe distance between vehicles, BIHAMK reported, as carried by the Patria news agency. 

Occasional half-hour traffic stoppages due to mine clearance are in effect on the M-1.8 Lončari-Orašje section (near the village of Dusine). Roadworks are ongoing on the A-1 Lepenica-Tarčin motorway section (at the exit of the Grab tunnel), where traffic is moving slowly in a single lane. On the Banja Luka-Bosanska Gradiška motorway, due to viaduct construction, the Mahovljani interchange is closed to traffic. 

Due to rehabilitation works, traffic is also slower on sections of the main roads: M-17 Jablanica-Mostar, M-17 Nemila-Topčić Polje, M-18 Priboj-Simin Han, and M-4 Simin Han-Kalesija.

On the regional road R-414 Karanovac-Skender Vakuf (in the village of Ljubačevo), due to an active landslide, traffic is alternating in a single lane. 

Increased vehicle traffic is recorded at the exit from Bosnia and Herzegovina at the Doljani and Prisika border crossings. At other border crossings, waiting times do not exceed 30 minutes. We urge drivers to check the validity of all documents necessary for crossing the border before setting off on their journey.
