At the Invitation of the US Embassy: DKPT Members Attend Training in Budapest

At the invitation of the Embassy of the United States of America in Sarajevo, and organized by the State Department, members of the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of Bosnia and Herzegovina participated in the seminar „Protection Detail Briefing Course“ at the International Law Enforcement Academy - ILEA in Budapest, the DKPT announced, Patria reports. 

The goal of the seminar was professional training and improvement of knowledge and skills of police officers of the Directorate, who perform demanding tasks of direct protection of VIP persons. During the seminar, experiences and best practices were exchanged with American instructors, who acquired their skills during their professional careers working on the security of the highest officials of the USA. 

The opportunity for members of the Directorate to participate in such prestigious training once again demonstrates the strong partnership relations between the Embassy of the United States of America in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
