Mercedes stolen in Germany found in Široki Brijeg area

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Police officers of the Federal Police Administration on 10.02.2021, taking measures and actions within their jurisdiction, in cooperation with the Police Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of West Herzegovina Canton and under the supervision of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of West Herzegovina Canton, found and temporarily seized a passenger motor vehicle of the brand "Mercedes - Benz", with German national license plates, for which the competent authorities of Germany issued an international search warrant on 20.01.2021 due to the criminal offense of "Theft" committed on the territory of the mentioned country.

In the official premises of the Federal Police Administration in Mostar, police officers are conducting criminal processing of two individuals from Široki Brijeg, initials I.R. (1977) and I.M. (1985), who are linked to the committed criminal offense of "Misappropriation" from Article 290, Paragraphs 1 and 3, and "Forgery of Documents" from Article 373, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
