On the M-5 main road in Travnik, two serious traffic accidents occurred in less than 24 hours, in which five people were injured, writes the Bosnian news agency Patria.
On Thursday at 3:55 PM, an accident occurred in Šehida Street in which a 12-year-old girl sustained serious injuries. After being treated at the Travnik Cantonal Hospital, she was transferred last night to the Pediatric Surgery Department of the Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo, confirmed Muamera Šehić, spokesperson for KCUS, to Patria.
- The girl P.A. has contusions to the head, chest, legs, and arms and is under observation - said Šehić.
She was hit by a car of the brand „Opel Astra“ driven by D.B., born in 1983, from Travnik.
Today around 1:00 PM in the place of Kalibunar, another accident occurred involving two cars in which four people were injured.
The collision involved a vehicle "Opel Ascona" driven by a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina from Vitez and a passenger, and in the vehicle "Audi" there were three citizens of the Republic of Turkey.
Three Turkish citizens K.E. (1992), O.S. (1995), and A.G. (1992) were transported to the Travnik Cantonal Hospital. Two people from the Opel Ascona, S.Š. and S.S., were also injured.
