Gathering of veteran and victim associations, KS citizens in Kovači: Stop the celebration of the unconstitutional January 9

(Patria) - In the Multimedia Hall in Kovači on Wednesday, January 4, a gathering of veteran and non-governmental associations, organizations of civilian victims of aggression will be held on the occasion of the unconstitutional and anti-civilizational celebration of January 9 in Lukavica by Serbian separatists, announced by the Green Berets Association.  

"With this, we want to show that freedom-loving Sarajevo and Bosnia and Herzegovina will never agree, despite all pressures, not to raise its voice. Just as we honorably defended our city during the aggression, today we loudly say enough to undermining the foundations of Bosnia and Herzegovina," they state. 

The Association "Women Fighters 92-95 and Women Civilian Victims of Aggression on Sarajevo and BiH, Sarajevo Canton" issued a call for the gathering, inviting all non-governmental organizations, members of the Army and MUP of the RBiH, civilian victims of war, families of martyrs and fallen soldiers, citizens of Sarajevo, to stop the celebration of January 9 with their unity and voice. 

They also address High Representative Christian Schmidt and the international community.

"We demand from the High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina, representatives and institutions of the EU and NATO, the OSCE, and all embassies accredited in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with special emphasis on the embassies of the Quint countries, to urgently and concretely react in accordance with international and domestic laws, to finally stop the anti-Dayton and anti-constitutional activities of the leadership of the BiH entity RS," they stated.
