Jahorina achieved 4,000 six-seater lift rides this summer season. Today, in addition to the opening of the Piksi Cup Jahorina 2017, one of the largest summer youth events in the region, an award was presented for the record 4,000th six-seater lift ride of the summer season.

The acting director of the Jahorina Olympic Center, Dejan Ljevnaić, presented the award-winning bicycle to the lucky winner, Ewa Lipinska from Warsaw, Poland. This is another indicator that Jahorina is visited by many foreign tourists, in addition to guests from the region. Ewa told us that this is her first time in Bosnia and Herzegovina, she was particularly impressed by Jahorina, the six-seater ride, and the view from the mountaintop, and that she definitely plans to visit again.

The last weekend in August at Jahorina was marked by the opening of the Piksi Cup, the Paintball Viking club's Paintball Tournament, the award ceremony for the record 4,000th six-seater lift ride, and the free use of the tubing track at the Ogorjelica Entertainment Park.

- We would like to note that the tubing track at the Ogorjelica Entertainment Park will also be available for free use by all visitors to Jahorina tomorrow, August 27, 2017. Tubing is primarily designed for the entertainment of the youngest population, but adults can certainly enjoy this activity as well. The track is 30 meters long and consists of a plastic surface on which it is possible to slide down using special tires for this type of activity - it was announced.
