BHRT's appeal on the agenda of the Constitutional Court of BiH session, RTRS owes 90 million KM

(Patria) - A two-day session of the Constitutional Court of BiH has been scheduled for today.

On the agenda, among other things, is the appeal of BHRT due to the multi-million debt that Radio Television of Republika Srpska owes to this umbrella broadcaster.

Let us remind you, in 2017, RTRS unilaterally and illegally withdrew from the RTV fee collection system.

They concluded a special collection agreement with the Post of Srpska and, through their collection service, collect funds from RTV fees based on the entity law, but they retain part of the money they are obliged to transfer to BHRT's account.

They have been applying this illegal way of doing business for the last 8 years and have not transferred a single mark to BHRT, while they should be transferring 50 percent to BHRT and 25 percent to FTV.

The total debt of RTRS to BHRT is over 90 million marks, which is why BHRT is on the verge of survival.
