GRAS vehicles will not operate on the day of the funeral of Armen Dulić, a driver for this public company, who was killed yesterday by a passenger in his bus, stabbed in the chest. This was confirmed to the BH news agency Patria by Amir Muminović, deputy president of the GRAS trade union.
All GRAS vehicles were withdrawn to the garages yesterday after Dulić's murder, and trade union representatives have requested that the competent cantonal institutions prevent all attacks on GRAS workers.
- We have received some promises, but we have been hearing that for ten years, so we are not sure that anything will change even after this tragic event – Muminović told Patria.
GRAS vehicles are operating today without interruption, but they will be withdrawn to the garages again during Dulić's funeral, the date of which is not yet known, Patria reports.
In the GRAS bus where Dulić was, near Hadžići, an argument broke out between the driver and the suspect in the murder, Suljo Šehić. At that moment, Dulić stood up in defense of his colleague, and Šehić attacked him and stabbed him in the chest. Although doctors from the Hadžići Health Center tried to help Dulić, he soon died.
